HOW TO REGISTER
1. Fill out the registration form in the brochure. It is important that all of the information be legible, correct and complete.
2. Please fill out the registration form and send it with the $75 deposit, even if your child is already preregistered from last year's camp. This is important, as the regular registration form gives us complete, updated information on your camper. Registrations cannot be processed without the form and the $75 deposit.
3. Registrations may be made by mail, fax, or online at www.westmichiganconference.org. Visa or MasterCard credit cards are accepted, but require payment of full camp cost.
4. Please make checks and money orders made payable to: WEST MICHIGAN CONFERENCE TREASURER. Payment in full is encouraged. A minimum $75 registration deposit is required. Please staple the check or money order to the registration form.
CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of registration, you will receive confirmation of your registration, as well as a health form and release form, which must be completed and mailed to the dean at least two (2) weeks before camp event. If no address is supplied bring them along to camp. Do not mail forms to the conference office.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are available based on financial need and first-come basis. Your pastor or local church camp person shall confirm your financial need by signing the form. Send the completed scholarship form with registration form and camp deposit to the CENTRAL REGISTRAR. Scholarship applications are available from your local district office. Applications cannot be processed without your pastor's signature, a registration form, and the $75 deposit.
